• Account information: Email address, name, username, and password (securely hashed).
• Profile information: Bio, categories, languages, country, follower range, social media handles, profile photo, and optional license or permit numbers.
• Usage data: Log data, device information, IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
• Communications: Messages and correspondence you send through the platform or to our support team.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the platform.
• Facilitate discovery and connection between creators and brands.
• Verify accounts and prevent fraud, spam, or abuse.
• Send service-related notifications and optional updates.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:

• Public profiles: Creator profiles (name, username, bio, photo, categories, etc.) are visible to other users and visitors as part of the platform's directory function.
• UAE permit processing: If you apply for a UAE Content Creator or Advertiser Permit through Collabs, we share your application information and documents with Amer Center - Smart Business Solutions, a government-authorized service center, solely to process your application.
• Service providers: We use trusted third-party providers for hosting, analytics, and email delivery. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.

5. Data Storage and Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Information is stored with reputable cloud providers and encrypted in transit. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Profile Photos and Face Data

Collabs requires users to upload a profile photograph as part of account creation. These photographs may contain a user’s face.

Collabs does not collect, generate, analyze, process, or store biometric identifiers, facial geometry, face templates, facial recognition data, or any other biometric information derived from a person’s face.

Profile photographs are used solely for displaying user profiles within the platform, enabling brands and creators to identify and connect with one another.

Profile photographs are stored securely using our cloud infrastructure provider, and are not shared with third parties for facial recognition, identity verification, advertising, analytics, profiling, or any biometric processing purposes.

Profile photographs are retained for as long as a user maintains an active account or until the photograph is replaced or removed. Upon account deletion, associated profile photographs are deleted in accordance with our data retention and account deletion procedures.

Collabs does not perform facial recognition, face matching, age estimation, emotion detection, liveness detection, or any other facial analysis on uploaded photographs.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform, remember your preferences, and analyze usage trends. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect platform functionality.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Collabs is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
